  6. Retraining does not warrant ridicule of previous trainers.
  7. If and when advertising, always be honest.
  8. Keep accurate records.
  9. Don’t use bogus endorsements.
  10. Don’t discredit or slander other trainers. Focus on the situation at hand.
  11. Let a Veterinarian take care of all medical treatments.
  12. Let people know your fees up front.
  13. When using info. From books and articles, always give credit where it is due.
  14. Inform your clients of legalities of ownership and training.
  15. Be careful of kickbacks. Always be legit.
